Werk-Brau Co. Office Renovation - Findlay, Ohio
The MBCo. team is proud to have managed and executed a full transformation of this 6,000 square foot commercial building in Tall Timbers.
Key work done to the building included:
•A full demo/gut
•The ceiling was raised to 9’ for a more open, updated feel
•Six large windows were added to the front of the building
•All electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems were either updated or replaced entirely
The building was sectioned back into offices, a main conference room, an entry seating area, an employee break room and kitchen, and two bathrooms.
